'Suryakanthi' blouse in dark green silk satin features embroidery that reimagines the garlanded statues of the Mauryan empire. Cascading zardozi with nakshi, moti and metal sequins envelop the deep V neck paired with 'Murraya' lehenga is made through engineered Varanasi silk brocade panels in kamal pink and jamuni purple. which draw from the scalloped drape of mogra garlands and those seen in Mauryan sculptures. The brocade is woven with silver zari on a black base with gold meenakari work.
