Aziz' pale blue Varanasi silk brocade lehenga features floral motifs inspired by paintings on Papier-mâché objects through the form of ‘Naqashi’.The process involves the painting of surface though multi colored hues and gold accents, which results in a 4-5 dimensional effect. We have adapted this technique in our brocade silk textile through the use of gold zari, which outlines flowers to bring out their characteristic details.
This textile may reflect natural variations within yarn, color, weave and/or embroidery.
The lehenga is paired here with the 'Trika' blouse

Dry Clean only. Store garment in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment. Air the textile every few months.
