ROLE: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - KOLKATA

LOCATION: KOLKATA

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury retail. A successful candidate will be able to assist in managing our upcoming store, enhance customer experience, meet sales and profitability goals and support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the day-to-day operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store Operations & Management: Assist with day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow, including VM, adherence to brand guidelines, store upkeep, sales, replenishments, order processing, MIS reports, documentation etc.
• Sales & Customer Experience: Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs, building strong relationships with clients and handling queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Support & Leadership: Assist in training Store Staff, scheduling shifts, and managing team motivation and performance.
• Brand Representation: Engage with the brand’s audience, assist in organization of in-store events, client appointments, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with Raw Mango’s brand values at all times.

• Proven successful 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Team leadership, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales acumen, customer service, and store operations knowledge.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Retail Management or related fields will be preferred.
