‘Divija’ back and gold Varanasi silk brocade kurta features branches of lillies of the valley with sparrows perched atop. The brocade is woven through the Phekwa technique wherein the weft remains embedded in the warp, interlaced from selvedge to selvedge, creating surface textures of the base or zamin. It is paired with ‘Sabil’ silk churidar.
