 ‘Divija’ back and gold Varanasi silk brocade kurta features branches of lillies of the valley with sparrows perched atop. The brocade is woven through the Phekwa technique wherein the weft remains embedded in the warp, interlaced from selvedge to selvedge, creating surface textures of the base or zamin. It is paired with ‘Sabil’ silk pants.

Odhani worn by the model is not included.

Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile, as it is handwoven.

Made to Order: This kurta set is made to order. Standard production time is 4-5 weeks.

Dry Clean only. Store garment in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment. Air the textile every few months.
