'Aari' embroidery highlights a square yolk, traditionally used in the layout of a phiran, in 'Alima' angoori silk kurta. It is paired with 'Makhdoom' multi-striped Mashru silk bias style sharara - fitted from the waist till the knee, followed by a flared bottom; inspired by stripes seen in Jamawars shawls. 

Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile, as it is handwoven.
