JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior sales associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to drive sales. The senior sales representative will need to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services of the company. You should also be able to resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Person will be responsible for:
- Assisting SM and ASM in day to day store operations.
- Meeting sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of the orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with previous retail experience.
- A Master degree in Fashion or textiles will be preferred.
